Single-split systems
A single-split solution connects one indoor unit to one outdoor unit. It can provide targeted air conditioning for an individual room where the building and installation options are suitable.

Our services
Air conditioning for everyday comfort.
Room size alone is not enough to select an air conditioning system. Sun exposure, how the rooms are used and the building itself all influence the solution. We coordinate equipment, pipe routes and the positioning of indoor and outdoor units with your property. Our air conditioning projects use Mitsubishi Heavy Industries systems.
Multi-split systems
For several rooms, different indoor units can be combined with a suitable outdoor unit. We consider room usage and required capacity together.
Installation and commissioning
We plan the installation, including pipe routes and the electrical connection. After professional installation, we commission the system and explain its controls.
Maintenance and repair
We maintain air conditioning systems and help with faults. Let us know the manufacturer, model and symptoms so we can assess the work required.
Planning and delivery
Careful planning makes the difference.
PEREA Energie & Gebäudetechnik holds business certification for work on refrigeration and air conditioning systems containing fluorinated refrigerants. We consider electrical and air conditioning requirements together for coordinated planning and installation.
Discuss rooms and requirements
Which rooms need temperature control and how are they used? We clarify your requirements and the conditions at the property.
Agree the system and installation
We plan system capacity and installation positions, taking pipe routes, condensate drainage and the electrical supply into account.
Install and explain operation
We install and commission the system, then provide guidance on controls, care and maintenance.
Good to know
Your questions, answered.
Can an air conditioning system also provide heating?
The air-to-air heat pumps we use can provide cooling and heating, depending on the system and its design. We discuss how the heating function could suit your building during planning.
What conditions matter for installation?
We review suitable indoor and outdoor positions, pipe routes, condensate drainage and the power supply. For rented properties or shared ownership, any necessary permissions should be clarified in advance.
How much does installation cost?
Costs depend on the number of rooms and units, pipe routes and installation conditions. We prepare an individual quotation based on your project.
