2. Allgemeine Hinweise zur Datenverarbeitung

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide this website, respond to enquiries or carry out pre-contractual measures and contracts.

3. Website provision and hosting by Netlify

This website is hosted by Netlify. The provider is Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA.

When the website is accessed, Netlify processes technically necessary connection and log data. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and information about the device used. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and ensure stability, security and protection against misuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing our website securely, reliably and with technical efficiency. Netlify processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Data processing in the United States cannot be ruled out. Netlify states that it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. In addition, the data processing agreement provides for the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Further information can be found in Netlify’s privacy policy.

Log data is stored only for as long as required for the secure operation of the website, error analysis and defence against attacks. Data may be stored for longer if a security incident needs to be investigated or legal obligations require it.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter. The required fields are your name, email address, requested service and message. Providing a telephone number is optional. For technical reasons, the IP address and the date and time of submission may also be processed.

We use the data exclusively to process your enquiry, answer follow-up questions and, where applicable, prepare a quotation or contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract. For other business enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in handling your enquiry appropriately.

The form is processed using the Netlify Forms service. The data entered is transmitted to Netlify and processed there on our behalf. Processing in the United States is possible; the safeguards described in the hosting section apply.

We delete your enquiry once it has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons for further storage apply. If the enquiry results in a contractual relationship, we store the necessary data in accordance with statutory commercial and tax retention periods.

Without the information marked as required, we cannot process your enquiry through the form. Alternatively, you may contact us by email or telephone.
